(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) A Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was stopped on LaSalle Line near Marthaville Road on November 22, 2014 around 12:45 a.m. when he noticed a pick-up truck travelling towards him but the truck had no headlights activated.
A traffic investigation was initiated by the OPP officer stopping the truck to question the male driver. Subsequently the driver was arrested for Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit. Scott DERBYSHIRE, 48 years of age from Petrolia has a December 8, 2014 Sarnia court date to answer to the charges of Impaired Driving and Driving over the Legal Limit.
