(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 10th, 2016 at approximately 2:00 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) discovered a running motor vehicle on Noraline Avenue. A further Police investigation into this vehicle revealed that the driver inside was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Scott BONNEY 21 years old from Barrie. First appearance is November 1st, 2016 in Collingwood court.
