One male has been charged after more than 150 grams of marihuana was seized.
On Tuesday December 10 Provincial Constable Hayley Chaplin was on foot patrol and spoke with two pedestrians. A strong odour of marihuana was detected the investigation revealed the two were in possession of marihuana and other drug paraphernalia. Following further investigation one person was released unconditionally. Scott BATES 21 of Renfrew was charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking. He was released from custody on a promise to appear in court in Renfrew on February 26.
