Sawyer KLUKE – Drunk Driving

(DRYDEN, ON.) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Dryden detachment received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 601 on Saturday the 19th July 2014 at 2:39 a.m. Dryden detachment members attended the collision and observed the vehicle to be rolled over. One of the passengers had serious injuries requiring them to be flown to Thunder Bay. The driver of the motor vehicle as well as another passenger both received minor injuries requiring them to seek medical attention as well.

As a result, Sawyer KLUKE (19yrs old) of Zealand Township Ontario has been charged with driving with More than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code, Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content/Motor Vehicle/Cause Accident with Bodily Harm contrary to Section 255(2.1) of the Criminal Code and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Bodily Harm contrary to Section 249(3) of the Criminal Code.

The accused will appear in Dryden Court on the 15 September 2014 in answer to the charges.
