During the early morning hours of 18 March, 2012, Wingham Police were called to a licensed establishment regarding an unwanted male. The male had entered the establishment and was refused service and directed to leave. The man is then alleged to have uttered a threat to one of the staff and when the staff attempted to call police, he took the phone from them, breaking it and slightly injured the staff.
Ryan McDougall, aged 28 is charged with uttering a threat, assault and mischief under $5000.00.
