(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On August 31st, 2014 at approximately 7:15 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a motor vehicle on Mosley Street near 18th Street after this vehicle had just cut off their cruiser.
An investigation into why this driver cut off a Police cruiser revealed that he was in possession of a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana.
Charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana†is Victor RUIZ-RAJO 22 years old from Toronto. First appearance is October 14th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
