(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On August 14, 2015, just before midnight, a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a Mercedes car flashing its high beams as it was travelling westbound on Highway 401 near Communication Road.
The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, and subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was suspended from driving.
The 29-year-old female driver, Rozalin YOUSSEF, from Hamilton, was charged with Driving While Under Suspension.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days as per statute.
