(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, December 4, 2016, at approximately 3:17 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Queensway East, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated in the parking lot Winners.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 23-year-old Roman BODNAR of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
