(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to attend a 2 vehicle collision on Colborne Street west near Mill Street at approximately 6:00pm December 10, 2015.
OPP members along with County of Brant Fire and County of Brant Ambulance service attended the scene and found that 2 vehicles had been involved in a “head on” collision.
The collision was between a SUV and a cargo van. As a result three males were transported to local hospitals with life threatening injuries.
Police have charged 58-year-old Roger BARNES under the Criminal Code of Canada with Driving while ability impaired Causing bodily harm x 2 and driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood causing bodily harm.
