(North Kawartha Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a 911 call about an impaired driver on Highway 28 yesterday just after 2:30pm.
The male operator of a vehicle was stopped by police and found to have been drinking. Robert Scott TAYLOR (age 54) of Millbrook, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON June 16, 2016.
