Robert PAKUL – Break In Instruments, Weapon, Breach

(NAPANEE, ON)- On Sunday, January 29th, 2017 at 1:35 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a prowler in the backyards of residences in the area of Camden Road and Elizabeth St., Town of Greater Napanee.

Police located the suspect on Dundas Street in Napanee. The suspect had been travelling on a bicycle.

Upon searching the suspect the officers located a pair of brass knuckles, rubber gloves, bolt cutters, bear spray, vehicle keys, syringes and an iPhone 4S with a black/gold jeweled case.

45 year-old Robert PAKUL of Napanee faces charges of Possession of Break-In Instruments, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Prohibited Device for a Dangerous Purpose, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Possession of a Weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order and Fail to Comply with a Probation Order.

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice today in Napanee.
