(ACW, ON) On November 21, 2009 at approximately 6:30 pm, a Huron OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Amberley Road in Ashfield Colborne Wawanosh. The vehicle had been caught on radar traveling at a speed in excess of 130 kph in a posted 80 kph zone. The officer was able to catch up to the speeding vehicle and initiate a traffic stop. As a result of the investigation, Robert MacMillan (21) of Lucknow was charged with Racing. His licence was seized and is suspended for 7 days and the vehicle he was operating has been impounded for 7 days. He will answer to his charge on January 5, 2010 in Goderich Provincial Court.
