(Rockland, ON) On December7, 2013 OPP Constable Bernard Montpetit was on regular patrol in Rockland. The officer noticed a vehicle committing a traffic violation. The vehicle was stopped and the officer spoke to driver. The officer noticed a smell of alcohol coming from the driver. The driver provided a breath sample into the Road Side Screening Device. The result was a Fail”. The driver was transported to the OPP office where he had to provide more breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. The test results exceeded the legal limit.
