(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 56 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called to a Highway 24, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario location.
On Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at approximately 10:50 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after a vehicle was observed to be weaving all over the road with varying speeds.
As a result of investigation, police arrested a 56 year old male.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit is Robert CAISSIE of Norfolk County.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
