(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) – On March 7, 2014 at around 11:45 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Buick vehicle on Port Franks Road in the area of Highway 21. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 25 year old Robert BANNON from Forest was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court at a later time to answer to the following charges under the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC):
Being over the legal limit.
Driving while disqualified.
Fail to comply with a recognizance (3 counts).
