Robber Leaves Empty Handed

(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION) – The Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police, with assistance from Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), and the West Region OPP Canine Unit, responded to a robbery, on December 3, 2014.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. a male entered a store on Oneida Road, where he verbally demanded access to the cash till. The suspect was not provided access, and he fled on foot without obtaining any property.

The suspect is described as a large non-white male, approximately 5’11” – 6’2” in height, and 260 pounds. He was wearing black gloves, a black ski mask, a black hood, and a black jacket.

The Middlesex County OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate this incident.
