(South Dundas) – On 07Sept13, at approximately 7:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a driving compliant on County Road 2, South Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a 61yr old male driver (from Edwardsburgh Township) had attempted to run another vehicle off the roadway. When the vehicles did stop the male assaulted the other male driver.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Dangerous Operation – Motor Vehicle
– Assault with A Weapon
– Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
– Assault Cause Bodily harm
– Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
The male was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
