(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Saturday, March 14, 2015 at approximately 12:50 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot check on Grey Rd. 1 and Grey Rd. 17 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
As a result, the driver of a 2005 Pontiac Pursuit, Seren Francesca MORRIS, 24, of Georgian Bluffs, was charged with multiple offences including, Drive Motor Vehicle Without Proper Headlights; Fail to Surrender Permit for Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor Vehicle with no Validation on the Plate under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). She was also charged with Fail to Have Insurance Card under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA).
