(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 10th, 2013 at approximately 11:15pm, officers from the Quinte West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police ( OPP) observed a vehicle being driven in erratic manner south bound on Trenton-Frankford Rd.
Officers stopped the motor vehicle and after a short investigation the male driver was arrested for over 80mgs.
47 year old Richard SHORT of Frankford has been charged with Over 80mgs. SHORT was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date later in October.
