(Tweed, ON) – On April 16, 2014 72 year old Richard BRENNEN of Thomasburg, ON was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference in relation to historical incidents. On April 17, 2014 he attended a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville where he was later released.
On April 24, 2014 when BRENNEN failed to appear in court as scheduled, a warrant was issued for his arrest. On April 28, 2014 BRENNEN was arrested and charged with Fail to Appear in Court. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today.
