(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 38 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 3, Courtland, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, November 10, 2013, at approximately 3:10 a.m., police were conducting patrols along Highway 3, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
Charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine is 38 year old Richard Blane GUILER of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
