(LEAMINGTON, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington received a traffic complaint regarding an erratic driver on January 23, 2016 at approximately 11:45 p.m.
Officers located the vehicle, a grey Volkswagen at the intersection of Cherry Lane and Bruce Avenue in Leamington.
Officers spoke to the driver of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene.
Richard BIELZ, age 53 of Leamington was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on February 18, 2016 to answer to the charges.
