(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On March 15, 2018 at approximately 12:30 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of male who had attempted to steal alcohol from the LCBO in Palmerston. The male was not successful and fled the store.
Eye witness accounts and police investigation identified the suspect who was later arrested.
21-year-old David WOOD of Harriston has been charged with the following criminal offences:
Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 5
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 20, 2018 to answer to the charges.
