On Sunday evening at approximately 8:30 p.m. the Owen Sound Police received a call to attend the Grey Bruce Health Service. It was reported that a young man became upset, yelling and swearing at the emergency room staff which then escalated into a physical outburst. The 24 year old man of no fixed address proceeded to throw a table about in an unsuccessful attempt to break it. The male party was restrained prior to anyone getting hurt. It seems he felt he should have been admitted to hospital but instead found himself in police custody. The individual has been identified as Tyler RAYNER who is currently on three probation orders and this belligerent act was not compliance with his conditions.
This party remains in custody to be presented in bail court this morning to answer to the charges of 3 counts of fail to comply with probation and one count under the Trespass to Property Act.
