(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On August 17, 2014 at approximately 11:30pm Quinte West OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle on Loyalist Parkway.
After speaking to the driver of the motor vehicle it was apparent that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the police investigation 62 year old Susan BARLOW of Quinte West has been charged with Failing to Provide a Breath Sample. The car was also towed and impounded for 7 days. The 62 year old female is to appear in court to answer to the charge in September.
