(NIPIGON, ON) – Nipigon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one male after Nipigon OPP officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Red Rock On, on October 7th 2013.
Officers seized 11 Morphine Pills, 7.5 grams of Cocaine, 20 grams of Marihuana and $965 dollars in Canadian Currency.
50 year-old Richard Harmatiuk, of Red Rock On has been charged with:
Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Harmatiuk has also been charged with one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, contrary to the Criminal Code.
Richard Harmatiuk will appear in Nipigon Court on December 3rd 2013 to answer to these charges.
