(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On August 3, 2014 at approximately 12:37 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Wellington Road 18, near 8th Line, Centre Wellington. A male driving a 2006 Lexus was locked on radar travelling east bound at 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Karman RANDHAWA age 37 of Kitchener is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on September 17, 2014 to answer to the charge.
