(Essa Township, ON) On Friday the 19th of September 2014 at 8:50 p.m. officers from the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. spot check at the intersection of 10th Line and 20th Side road in the Township of Essa.
At that time, a driver was checked by officers and after further investigation the driver, 33-year old Craig LEDOUCER was arrested and charged with, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
The approximate street value of the seized drugs is $720
The accused is schedule to appear in court on the 9th of October 2014 in Bradford We Provincial Court in answer to his charge.
