(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) On February 2, 2014 during the afternoon, a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) program was being conducted by Ontario Provincial Police officers in the area of Brigden Road and Courtright Line.
During the OPP effort, a 38 year old driver, Jeffery DAVIS of Wallaceburg entered the R.I.D.E. program and was arrested and subsequently charged with having care or control while over the legal limit.
The driver has a Sarnia court date of February 24, 2014 to answer to the allegation.
