(Tweed, ON) – On September 15, 2013 Central Hastings O.P.P received a call from a female reporting her vehicle was stolen sometime overnight. An investigation revealed that the complainant had been involved in a motor vehicle collision in Napanee and that her vehicle had not really been stolen. As a result 40 year old Michelle LABATT of Courtice, ON was charged with Public Mischief. She will appear in Belleville Provincial Court on October 24, 2013.
