(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment is seeking the assistance of the public after police investigated an incident at a Simcoe Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, December 3, 2016 at approximately 11:43 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting an indecent act.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at approximately 11:43 a.m., a male was standing at the front of Mainstation Apparels. The male knocked on the window in order to get the attention of the employee and appeared to be masturbating. The male was then confronted and was last seen entering a nearby residence.
The male is described as, 5’10, skinny build with short braided hair, wearing blue shorts.
