(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – Police located and arrested Kerry SMITH without incident at approximately 4:30pm, September 14th, 2015. SMITH was located in the St.Thomas area and arrested for Being Unlawfully at Large. Police would like to thank the public an media as information received from the public was instrumental in locating SMITH.
Charges are pending.
Original Media Release – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a Kerry SMITH, age 43 of Central Elgin. He was last seen outside a Central Elgin area hospital around 1:30pm on the 13th of September, 2015.
SMITH is described as:
White male with brown hair and a large scar on his neck
1.52m (5” 8”) tall
102kg (225lbs)
Last seen wearing wearing dark jeans, a beige jacket, black and red stripped Ralph Lauren shirt, brown shoes, black hat with yellow Pittsburgh Pirates symbol. (photo attached)
SMITH is considered dangerous and police are currently seeking a warrant for his arrest. If observed please contact police immediately via 911 and do not approach.
