(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating a recent break, enter and theft that occurred at Meneset on the Lake just north of Goderich.
Sometime between March 17, 2015 and March 21, 2015 those responsible attended to Iroquois Lane and located a locked Airstream mobile home. The thieves were able to access the shroud of the trailer whereupon they proceeded to steal a 30 pound Worthington propane tank valued at $350. They also found a key to the trailer and made entry into the home. Once inside they stole a Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC) foldable bicycle valued at approximately $1200.
A suspicious red pickup truck had been seen driving through the park around the time of the break and enter.
