(Renfrew County, Ontario) – On July 9th 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm, the Emergency Response Team, K9 unit and members of the Renfrew OPP Detachment executed a Search Warrant, at a residence on Highland Road in McNab Braeside Township (ON) resulting in the seizure of Cannabis Marihuana and Cannabis Marihuana Plants.
Police seized a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana and 79 Cannabis Marihuana Plants.
Mark POTVIN (53), Susan CLARK (52) and Robert Kerr (38) were arrested and charged with the following:
Possession of Schedule II Substance (marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 4(1) and Produce Schedule II Substance (marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 7(1).
Both POTVIN and CLARK were released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking by an Officer in charge and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario, Renfrew (ON) on August 13th 2014. KERR was released at the scene on an Appearance Notice by an Officer in charge and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario, Renfrew (ON) on August 13th 2014.
