On October 26th at approx. 3:59 p.m. a Chatham-Kent police officer stopped a truck on Queen street in Chatham. Through investigation it was discovered that the man operating the motor vehicle had been previously Prohibited from operating any motor vehicle as a result of a Court Order. The driver of the Motor vehicle, a 63 year old Chatham man was arrested and charged, his vehicle was towed from the scene.
