On October 27th at approx. 2:09 a.m Chatham-Kent officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Grand ave west in Chatham. Officers located a vehicle with extensive damage that had been operated by a 31 year old Chatham man. During the investigation the man displayed signs that his ability to operate the motor vehicle could be impaired by alcohol or drugs, he was arrested and later charged for Refusing to provide a sample of his breath.
