7 April 2015,

9:21 am police responded to GC Huston Public School to a mischief complaint. The principal had identified several youth who had spray painted a tag on the school wall. The school will take care of discipline.

10 April 2015,

2:40 am police responded to Chester’s Bar where staff had chased a person who stole several bottles of alcohol from behind the bar. The owner caught up with the culprit and tackled him to the ground but he fled. The male was identified and he and others in his group have been banned from the bar. No charges.

3:25 pm a motor vehicle collision was reported to police that had occurred while one of the vehicles was backing up on Gustavus St. No injuries.

11 April 2015,

2:19 am police attended to an alarm call at St Joseph’s School and located an intoxicated male with a cut above his eye. The 39 year old male was taken home to his parent’s house.

3:04 am police attended to a call from a taxi driver in Southampton. The female passenger was too intoxicated to remember her address. She spent the night in the cell.

12 April 2015,

2:08 am police responded to the Wismer House to a report of a person being observed selling drugs. The 35 year old Georgian Bluffs man was located and through investigation was arrested for trafficking. Police seized 13.5 grams of Cocaine, 10.4 grams of Cannabis resin and $1088.35 in cash. The male faces possession and trafficking charges on each.

5:18 pm police located a male lying in the ditch on Eckford St and had a bottle of wine in his hand. The male was issued a ticket for open liquor.
