On September 12, 2013 at 8:45 a.m., the Guelph Police received a call from a parent who had been walking his children to school on Westwood Road and observed a male hiding in a wooded area exposing himself. The male suspect was confronted by the parent. The suspect ran off before getting on a bike and riding away, last seen west bound from the area towards Imperial Road. Police conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate him. The male suspect is described as white, 30-40 years, 5’10-6′ tall
