The Waterloo Regional Police Service has made several arrests in a lengthy drug trafficking project. Members of the Guns and Gangs Unit have been actively investigating a number of individuals suspected of trafficking firearms, crystal methamphetamine, marihuana, and cocaine since January 2014.
The investigation dubbed ‘Project Colts’ has led to the arrest of several people and resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of controlled substances, firearms and Canadian currency.
