(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 34 year old male after police investigated an act of mischief at a Pinegrove Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, April 4, 2014, at approximately 1:10 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned vehicle owner after locating a live skunk in their vehicle.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a skunk was placed in the front cab of a parked pick-up truck resulting in damage to the motor vehicle.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 34 year old Bradley Michael PRELL of Norfolk County, Ontario with Mischief Under $5,000 and Mischief- interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property.
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
