(ESSA, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on March 19, 2014 at 3:10 pm on Mill Street in Essa Township for what was initially a Highway Traffic Act infraction. The traffic stop quickly turned to an impaired investigation and the driver was arrested.
Charged is a 27 year old Kingston resident, the male was charged with one count of Fail or refuse to provide sample-Drugs/Blood under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear on April 24, 2014 in Bradford at the Ontario Court of Justice to answer to this charge.
