Police Find Wounded Assault Victim On University Ave

On October 30, 2016 at 2:15 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police were called to the area of University Avenue East and King Street North in Waterloo for a report of a disturbance involving a group of men. When officers arrived, they found a man lying on the ground with a cut on his head.

Witnesses advised police that the other involved parties had already left the scene. The victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and treated for head injuries. Police are looking for two male suspects. The first is described as having tan skin, 510-6 tall with a medium build. He was wearing a Jose Bautista jersey and white baseball pants. The second man is described as having tan skin, about 510 tall with a thin build. He was wearing a white shirt.
