(LUCAN-BIDDULPH, ON) Members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit have arrested and charged a Lucan man following an investigation.
On September 1, 2013 police received a complaint in regards to allegations of inappropriate sexual conversations between an adult male and youth female.
As a result of this investigation police have charged a male party aged 44 of Lucan, ON with:
Invitation to Sexual Touching under 16 years of age as per Section 152 of the Criminal Code (CC).
Computer contact with person under 18 years of age for a criminal purpose as per Section 172.1(1)(b) CC.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to make his first appearance in a London court room on October 15, 2013 to speak to the charges.
At this time police are withholding the name of the accused male, to protect the victim’s identity.
