POLICE CALLED AFTER SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE FLEES FROM DRIVEWAY

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment were contacted by an alert homeowner after noticing a suspicious vehicle at a Nixon Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Saturday, November 15, 2014 at approximately 11:17 p.m., a homeowner observed a dark coloured pick-up truck drive into their driveway and stop. The resident turned on the outside lights at which time the vehicle fled from the driveway at a high rate of speed and was last seen travelling southbound on Nixon Road towards Highway 3.

The OPP want to remind all Norfolk County residents that if they observed anyone suspicious in or around their property or your neighbour’s property to contact the police immediately at 1-888-310-1122.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1 – 888 – 310 – 1122.
