The Barrie Police Service Community Orientated Response Unit assisted the Central North Correctional Center as they completed their inmate releases at the Barrie Bus Terminal, 24 Maple Avenue. Two of the inmates, a 22 year old Orillia man and a 27 year old Toronto man, had fought while in custody and the argument continued while being escorted to Barrie. Two BPS COR officers greeted the men as they were released. The officers ensured they behaved until they got onto their respective buses to return to their home communities.
