The London Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a dog and its owner.
On Wednesday February 26, 2014 at approximately 9:40 am a lone male was walking southbound on Talbot Street, on the west sidewalk, near Ann Street. At the same time, a female was walking her dog on a leash northbound. As she passed the male, her dog bit his ankle. The male suffered minor injury.
The female is described as Caucasian, 20-25 years old and the dog is small (20 pounds) with short black fur and estimated to be 2 years old.
London Police would like to speak with the owner to determine if the dog’s vaccinations are up to date.
