POLICE ARREST TWO MEN WANTED ON A WARRANT

(SOUTH RIVER, ON) On Sunday March 23, 2014 the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were patrolling in the Village of South River when they noticed a male known to them driving into the parking lot of Kwick Way on Highway 124. The officer believed the driver was wanted on a warrant from Orillia OPP and once the warrant was confirmed, arrested the driver Mark Fagan (27) of Lount Township.
The officer was then informed that there was a second male inside the Kwick Way that was with the driver. The officer went inside the store and spoke to the second male, Andrew CHARLEBOIS (29) of Gravenhurst, Ontario and subsequently arrested him too on a warrant from Bracebridge OPP.
Both men were taken into police custody and returned to Orillia and Bracebridge OPP to deal with their warrants and outstanding criminal matters.
