POLICE ARREST THREE PARTIES AFTER BREAK AND ENTER

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON)- On Thursday March 6, 2014 at 11:44 a.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter in progress on the 23000 block of Amiens Drive, Middlesex Centre. Police learned that suspects gained entry through an unlocked garage door, where they removed a quaintly of tools. An alert citizen advised police that they observed a black SUV type vehicle fleeing the area.

Working with members of the London Police Service (LPS), OPP officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle on Emery Street in London. A traffic stop was completed, at which time officers placed three parties under arrest.

As a result of an investigation police have charged Jesse WILSON, age 25 of London ON with:

Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence as per Section 348(1)(b) Criminal Code (CC)
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 355(b) CC
Fail to Comply with Probation Order 733.1(1) CC
Mischief Under $ 5,000 430(4) CC

Police have also charged Christine BISHOP, age 24 of London, ON with:

Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence 348(1)(b) CC
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 355(b) CC

Police have also charged Louis ELM, age 18 of London, ON with one count of Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 355(b) CC

All three parties have been scheduled to appear in a London court room at a later date to speak to the charges.
