(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently investigating the theft of a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was stolen from a Westfield Road property earlier this week.
Sometime between 5:00 p.m. on December 13, 2017 and 6:00 a.m. on December 14, 2017 those responsible for the theft attended the property and entered into the unlocked residence. Once inside the home the suspect(s) grabbed the keys and stole the Dodge Ram that was parked out in the laneway.
Shortly before 6:30 a.m. on December 13, 2017 the suspect attended a gas station in Blyth whereupon he pumped nearly $100 worth of fuel into the stolen truck and took off without paying.
The suspect was spotted wearing a yellow tough duck” style hoody/jacket
