(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON ) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a man with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving Motor Vehicle with Unsealed Container of Liquor. The charges stem from a vehicle stop at a R.I.D.E check on Churchill Drive in the Town of Kirkland Lake. The subsequent investigation led the seizure of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. on December 6, 2014.
Charged is Peter TIEDTKE age 19 of Valley East, Ontario. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on January 29, 2015
